Ok, so im new to the forum but I have a 2010 taco with just a basic three inch suspension lift. I want some 20" ballistic jester wheels to fit on some 12.50 mt's. This rim has 3 offset choices -12, 0, and 12. From what i can understand from the diagram is that i would need either the 0 or -12mm offset so that the 12.50's wont rub my upper a arms. What would be the best one to get?

-12' and you'll need to do a lot of trimming to fit those.

Im looking at putting new tires on Im going to go with Dick Cepek Radial F-C II and Dick Cepek Torque wheels. Im not very tire/wheel savy so i need a little imput. I have a 3" lift on and im thinking about running LT285/75R16 tires on 16x8 wheels with a 6x 5.5 bolt pattern the rims have a backspace of 4 1/2'' and an offset of +00mm. Will this work? my main concerns are rubbing because the tires are too big and also if the tire and wheel specs sound like they will work on my 06' tacoma.

That will make it worse by increasing the turning arc.
they will work with trimming and a possible cab mount chop

I'm not really wanting to do any chopping and if I will have to trim I want it minimal at most. What size do you think would work

Quick question about a wheel set up...i found a good deal on a set of 18x9 XD Addicits with 275/70r18. The B/S is listed as 5.71", which i know won't work. I'm wondering if this set up will work if I run a set of 1.25" spaces up front? thanks

People run 265/65/18 or 285/60/18 on stock suspension without rubbing.
Should work, but that's a pretty uncommon tire size so it's hard to say for sure.

If I put 285/75 trail grapplers on with no spacera with a 18x9 wheel offset +1. Would it rub the upper a arms?

I found a set of method standard wheels: 17x8.5, 6x139.7(which is the same as a 6x5.5 from what I have looked up) the offset is 0. Will these work on my 2012? Thanks in advance!

What if I ran 275/70R18 with -12 offset rim. Would i still have to chop the cab mounts. I know i will have to do some trimming but i want to stay away from chopping. Also the tire i want doesn't really have that many choices so thats why i havent really downsized that much....
    Thanks!!!! :D

    285/75/18? Yes, those are 35s
    what size tires?
:notsure: a lot of the guys with 285s don't have to chop them, but some do.

You might be okay with the 295s then. As long as they clear the uca

I've decided to go down to 265/65/18 on the XD775 wheels (5.00bs & 0 offset) instead of my 285 setup with Eagle 050s - How many inches, in comparison to the stock wheels, is it going to push my wheels out with the XD setup?

    2.5 more than stock.

0.5 from bs, 2" from width
