Ha! Similar experience to mine. Replaced the driver side at around 120k (I'm at 160k), but passenger side seems to have zero issues. Only reason I'm considering the replacement is because I'm in rebuild mode on my front end. I just installed OME 885/5100/AAL setup last weekend and got the needle bearing vibe. So now I'm looking into all the other junk that needs fixin'.

I'll be replacing the needle bearing with the ECGS bushing, replacing the LCA bushings/bolts, and once my bank account recovers, I'll replace both wheel bearings with the NSK assembly.
