I know this is 5 years old, but I'm having this exact issue with my 2011 ACLB/MT/4WD with level kit and diff drop. It would rumble from about 25 mph even shortly after I bought it in 2011, but now it does the hum when I'm about 45 and over but goes away when turning right.

It was your bearing for sure or did anything else come out of this?

I am having an issue that sounds like driver side rear bearing. I have an 09 TRD with 241k miles. It has 2020 suspension and stock 2020 wheels/tires. It's much more noticeable going around left turns, occasional going straight, and intermittent in right turns depending on how hard it's being turned. I just did the rear brake shoes. The old shoes weren't that bad but I got into it because the noise sounds kind of like when a brake pad is worn all of the way down to metal on metal.

wow, big difference from 2016. I now have 182,000 miles and had to do the front passengers side this year. I went with a full hub assembly and did the work myself this time, not a bad job at all. I will say this, for anybody who even suspects they might have a bad bearing, jack the truck and see if there's any play in the wheel. This last one I ignored for a LONG time and when i finally checked it my wheel could move probably 1/4 to 1/2 inch. If i'd ignored it much longer it would have come apart on the road!

Glad I found this thread. 97k and humm / vibration that starts at 60mph and gets worse above that. Just put tires on about 5k mi ago and it was great till just recently I noticed it. Checked for play in the front wheels. There doesn't seem to be any but they dont roll as smoothly as they should. Not obviously bad but at 97k I'm going to do both sides and possibly LCA bushings and shock mounts while I'm at it. Anything else I should consider at this point in the front end?

I have a 2006, PreRunner with the sport package, i got into a small accident, guy spun me out and I hit the front left wheel and left rear wheel against a curb. All the sudden I had a grinding coming happening when I make loaded right turn. Replaced the front left wheel hub assembly and the noise disappeared. But around 80mph making the same loaded right turn I get the same grinding noise but its more muted, any chance it could also be mg front passenger hub assembly or a bent rear end?
