I recently had to replace a wheel bearing on my 2012 Tacoma (191,000 miles). Since it was kind of expensive, I want to try and avoid this from happening again if I can. My question is, are there things I can do maintenance wise that can extend the life of my other wheel bearings? Like greasing them or something along those lines? Thank you.

Stay out of mud & try not to submerge in water for extended periods. Bigger tires & extra off-set wheels don't help.

Replacing the dust seals when doing the bearings helps. Most guys skip the one on the CV. It kind of a pain to do.

Other than that, do what @ToyoTaco25 said.

you made almost 200k on a set of wheel bearings? sounds like it was a worthwhile investment. I'm at 186k on my truck and hear the soft grumble. as soon as they arrive, they are going into the truck. inexpensive enough for me to think like $250-$300 would be worth it for the amount of time they lasted

250? No unfortunately I just got the front left wheel bearing changed out at the dealership and it was over $1700.

    I paid $225, for both sides, and think $11 for a 35mm socket because I had a 34mm, and a 36MM

now mind you I'm going to install my own bearings.
