So you are saying $80 for 2 hubs to Canada USPS? Can 2 hubs fit in the medium flat rate box $41, or the large box $54?

1 hub per medium flat rate box @ $41 to Canada

I am grabbing a large flat rate box tomorrow to see if I can get two hubs stuffed in there :D

And you are correct, it will be $54 for 2 hubs in a large flat rate box

    *edit*
    just remembered this

The problem is not whether or not two fit in a large box, it's the total weight of the two in one box. the max limit is 20 pounds, unfortunately each hub is 12 pounds.

Sorry if I missed this, how do you press the hubs in? And on what surface do you support the bearing when pressing the hub in?

Jamie...I think these come pre assembled so you don't have to press anything. Just unbolt old one and bolt on new assembly. OP...correct me if im wrong.

Oh I totally understand that. But I believe the OP buy the hubs and bearing seperate. And presses them together(Toyota doesn't sell them as one piece). So someone is doing the pressing. There are correct as incorrect ways of doing it, I want to make sure they're done right before I buy. I've done dozens of them being a technician. And I they're done wrong they just won't last.

    Good question Jamie!

I machined a collar that supports the bearing as well as the hub housing/bearing race. The flange presses into the hub very easily since both pieces are new.

Pressing old and new parts can be successful...

If you know what your doing
