All kinds of fail on my part.

Fixed that post. The video is kind of worthless.

So the two spacers go towards the differential.

Are you replacing the oil seals? Only thing I can think of is maybe you're getting water in the bearing.

    huh ?

I will only replace my bearings using the factory Toyota bearings.
As many aft. mrkt. chinese made bearings are subpar in quality
even if they are claimed to meet OEM spec.

Who's pressing in the bearings ?
Are they possibly becoming damaged when pressed in ?

ie: pressed in does not mean beaten in.

Thanks for the axle and diy confirm

After 4-5 bearings going in and out of the same hub,,you might be cocking the bearing in the hub. Any smeared metal inside where the bearing presses in and seats flat in there?. Just a few hard crumbs could do this.

Did you over press the hub in any certain spot?,,warpage is what I am going for.

Looking at a very good 30 ton 2 speed press for the shop. Have needed one so many times lately.

Heat the hub in the oven (200-250°) and press a new one in. Stress relieve the hub and make the interferences a bit easier as you press in.

Are you first pressing the bearing into the spindle via the outer race and then the hub into the bearing by supporting the inner race so the pressing force does not go thru the actual bearings themselves?

Snap some pics as you go. Yes, evidence,,no worries. Evidence to post globally of shitty import bearings,,if that's where it lies.

I don't own nor have I ever worked on the later Tacoma truck spindles/hub bearing

But besides a bearing snap (retaining) ring...
looks to me as if the bearing is still pressed in.
At least the FSM I have says so.

So I'm not sure what you're seeing on the other diagram
or mean by bolt on ?

Regardless... your bearing is press in

newer ones are a hub assembly, you take 4 bolts off and put the new assembly on. older ones the bearing is the replaceable pressed in part.

the bearing is either pressed into the hub or the spindle
tho' I'm not going to look again to determine which
    'cause I really don't care.

Gents, I had the wrong pic loaded. It was a second gen diagram. That's where the confusion came from. OP knows what he has. All is good.

    Moving on...

Hey Yote, you say you have two spacers. I'm guessing one is the outer bearing spacer, and the other is to replace the ABS speed sensor. Is one a thin 1/4" spacer, while the other is about 1" thick? The 1" thick one is tapered on one side, so could you be putting it in backwards? Also, are the dust seals on your axles getting chewed up at all?
