I had my front drivers side wheel bearing replaced by Toyota a few years ago, final cost was around $1,300, haven't gone back to Toyota since. I now have a mechanic not far from my job that is honest, and does good work. Yesterday he replaced the other side, passenger wheel bearing, price on that was $714, but he noticed that one of the rear bearings is not good, price on that would be $1,100, does that seem right? I don't have the driveway, tools to do the job myself, would probably cause more problems, lol..... The Tacoma is a 2016 DCLB sport!
    Thanks

The rear axle might have to come out so you would have to drain the rear diff to remove it. Also have to remove the rear drums and shoes and adjust it again.
