I have a TRD Sport with Rim dimensions of 17 x 7.5 width. I have an opportunity to buy SCS F5s but the dimensions are 17 x 9 width and -38 mm offset. Now the problem is I don't really have the needs to upgrade my tires just set, so will the SCS F5s have any problems being mounted onto my stock tires?

Look up your tires and see what the recommended wheel width is. 9" seems a little extreme, but it really depends on what the tire specs say. The range will probably be close to 7-9.
