Wheel finish question

Here's the stock wheels that came on my truck - since I didn't buy it new, I'm not sure what finish is on them.

To my eyes, it's not chrome, more like a high polish, maybe with a clearcoat or clear anodized finish. The plastic center caps are chrome though.

I don't want to pick an incorrect wheel cleaner and end up looking like crap - so I thought I'd ask around first.
