Spectre air intake

Hi guys, new taco owner. I want to get some new wheels and tires. I have two questions. 1 I'd like to have an offset and have the first 2 treads of the tire sticking out. Any idea of what that offset would be?
Would 285/65/r18 fit without a lift and without trimming any plastic?
