Need some help if anyone can provide it or point me in the right direction. Such a noob when it comes to wheels and spacings/offsets.

The wheels I was going with were the fifteen52 Traverse HD's. 17x8.5; Zero Offset, with 4.75-Inch Backspacing.

Well, those are significantly back-ordered so I really want to go with some Black Rhino Cinco Wheels but they are only available in 17x9.5; -18 Offset, with 4.54-Inch Backspacing.

I will be installing a Cab mount relocate with an Elka Lift Level 3 Kit Complete 2.5 with Reservoir Suspension and ICON RXT Leafs. Also, a SPC Upper CA. I am going with KO2's - 285/70/17's.

What is going to be the big difference on my truck with a 17x9.5 tire (-18 Offset) versus the 17x8.5 (0 Off-set)? Thanks in advance!

Too many to list. I’m lazy
The wheel width is going to be a bigger factor than the offset. The offset number is in mm and basically a negative offset will stick out and positive will push in. I’ve seen people running 285’s in stock suspension with a 0 offset with minimal trimming. I personally run a 3” lift with a 20x10 -18 with a cab mount chop and still rub a bit in a few places but that’s with a 10” wide wheel. I think with what you have planned the -18 should be ok but if you want to play it safe look for something with around a 8.5 to 9 in wide and stay less than -12. Method 305’s and 312’s are pretty sick and they’re 15% off tight now.
