I removed the wheel locks I bought for my '98 SR5 AlumAlloy wheels before Toyota bought back the truck for the rusted frame program. Can I use the locks on my '09 standard steel wheels? With or without the washer? Thanks

Depends on the type of lug, and the type of new wheels.
