I’ve read a lot recently but this is my first post here..

I have a 2017 Taco SR5 2WD with stock suspension, no lift or leveling.

I’m looking to buy the Cooper Discoverer Rugged Trek 265/70r17 tires.

My two questions are: (1) should I buy a 7.5”, 8.0”, or 8.5” wheel, and (2) what offset should I get on that wheel?

My main concern is rubbing. I’m trying to avoid any rubbing so I don’t need to buy wheel spacers or do any alterations.

    Thanks!

8.5 is a great wheel width granted you are near the 0 offset range.
