I am about to purchase some aftermarket wheels to compliment the lift kit i ordered and am wondering about offset . If i buy wheels with positive offset it pulls the wheels in toward the vehicle centerline , negative offset pushes them out which may cause rubbing on lock . Or i could buy positive offset and add spacers if i want the wheels further out . What's best ?.

Personally I like a zero offset or up to +5, gives the truck a nice stance and I swear my truck tracks better on 0 offset….,could be the tires though.
Everyone has opinions on spacers. Good quality ones installed correctly won’t kill you but personally they are not for me.
A +5 will put you just about even with the flare, my 0’s give me about 1/4-3/8” past the flare on 265’s.

There aren't many(if any) positive offset wheels that will pull your wheels further inward compared to stock.
Given the choice, skip wheel spacers and get the offset that suits you...whether it's form or function.

Fyi your stock wheels are +25. As Rusty 66 mentioned best bet is stay around 0 to + 5

0 is the sweet spot. Flush or just a touch of poke depending on the tire size. Has the bedt fit without causing all kinds of rubbing issues.
Skip the spacers do it right the first time.
