Running 265/65R17 on 9" wide -12 KMC's, 2019 Sport stock suspension. Want to upgrade to 265/70R17 will i have issues with rubbing going to a taller wheel with the -12 offset?

2.5" OME lift w/JBA UCA's

I have a 2012 TRD Sport with 2.5" OME lift and looking to ditch the stock silver aluminum rims (anodizing is pooched). The wheels I'm considering are 17x8 with a +5 offset, 265/70/17 tires. What sayeth ye?
