    Looking at a set of lonestar wheels by american outlaw 17x8.5 with a -10 offset. Will this bring me flush with fenders or wider.

    That will put you approximately 1.5" past the fender.

    It will be a little over half an inch outside your flares, mostly sidewall. Depends on your tire size also. Find an offset/backspace calculator and plug in your stock numbers versus your options for a better reference.
