I have a 2017 tacoma limited on 18" inch rim stock but I want off road rims from summit off-road but they are only on 16" and 17" inch and I'm trying to find if they will fit or they will be a problem on fitting because is not a correct rim size.

16” and 17” will fit. As long as it’s the correct offset and correct sized new tire for your clearance.

Nope, you need wagon wheels to clear the massive brakes on that limited. The factory 18's aren't big enough.
