    Yeah man some came with 265/70/16s stock. You're fine.

    You're good. 245/75/16 is actually a few tenths of an inch smaller than stock diameter and narrower as well.

    Yes - You have 15" wheels, but if I'm not mistaken, I believe the 95-97 trucks still came with 31" tires (31/10.5/15 ~ 265/70/16).
