Wheel Shopping - want SCS, but need a backup plan

Folks -

I'm going to attempt to snag some 16X8 SCS F5's when they are inventory next time.... planning for the 3.5" offset.

But I need a plan B in case I can't grab them. Anything else out there I should consider? Really like the fact that they don't have a fake bead lock ring...

What else should I be considering?

It took me two tries to get my Ray10s. My advice to you is be ready when they update the website and use PayPal. I got a PayPal account just for this.

 

There is no Plan B and there's nothing else to consider

We are very close for another release. You can subscribe to our New Inventory subscription thread if you haven't already. We will make a post/announcement 1 or 2 days ahead to let everyone know when our website will be updated with new inventory. They will be sold on there on a first come first serve basis.

 

Seriously I would just be WAITING for those wheels to drop, man. Worth it, I promise.

Only problem is, my @HeadStrong Off-Road lift setup showed today, and these factory TSS's have to go!!! If I miss these wheels, I'll still be buying something else and will hunt something down.

Hoping the fact that I'm buying 16's will buy me a little more time.

 

Method nv's, I so wanted the ray10s but can't be waiting for them spending an hour refreshing their home page. Set an alarm and pulled off the road on my way home from work in pouring ass rain. Perfect 4g lte coverage area. PayPal, in my cart, adrenaline rush, like really an I gonna get them this time? No, stolen outta your cart, and probably only 20 of them in the shipping crate from Asia anyway.

 

Would already own NV's if I could live with the fake beadlock ring.

 

Wait, trust me. My SCS F5 Gunmetals get compliments regularly. Quality and service are second to none.

 

I'm waiting for this next shipment. Sub'd to all of the various places so I can be watching and will try to make it happen. If I miss, I'll just buy something else. I refuse to wait to mount the 285's and various suspension pieces I have in my garage for wheels to show back up again in a couple months. :-/

 

Roger that. I know, waiting sucks I had to wait as well but worth it. Post those pics when you get these bad boys mounted.

 

I took off work so I could order mine. Well worth it. I still get people asking what kind of wheels are those. I was just on vacation and a guy with a 4 runner asked about them while I filling up with gas. I was on the car ferry to Washington Island Wisconsin and I was ask about them. Thanks Vin.
