Solo XLT 19" 4WD Kit and 4-Link w/32" cycled, Caged, 41 gallon fuel cell, 2.5 bypass and coil-overs up front, 3.0 bypass and 2.5 coil-over in rear, PCI radio w/intercom and 5 headsets, 50" KC Gravity LED, 20" GG-lighting LED bar, Method Hole Wheels, Currie 9", URD CAI, 37x12.5x17 BAJA T/A, PRP Seats, Glassworks 6.5" front, Fiberwerx Bedsides.
I have the camburg mid travel kit and fiberglass fenders but still running stock rims with spacers so i can run my 285/70/17 nittos.

first question is on an 05 sport 4x4 and i limited to a 17 because of calipers or will a 16 work? 2nd question - what rim size do i need so i don't have to have the spyder spacers on the front anymore. I am looking to buy some rims but just want to know what size to get so i can run 33's or 285's without them rubbing as mine still do just a tiny bit on the frame when i am at almost a full turn and bad part is its mostly when i am turning in my driveway so it happens everyday.

    thanks for the help!!!

a 16" wheel will work. I have the trd fj wheels which are 16" with 4.5 backspacing wrapped with 285/75/16 KM2s and everything clears with minor trimming.

or it might actually be the body mount. its just on the inside of the tire the metal rail that runs at a 45.

well you have a 285/70/17 which a little wider than my 285/75/16 bfgs so i cant really help you with the trimming issue because i didnt have to trim but the front plastic in the inner wheel well and a tad bit on the backside. The wider the tire the more you have to trim.
