At the risk of reopening a topic that has plenty of coverage when doing a "3rd Gen Wheel Spacer” search, I'm going to seek a little more advice regarding this topic.
I have a 2016 SR5 DC with the Rockstar Xp package. I had the Bilstein 5100 leveling kit installed all the way around. The front is adjusted up 2.75"(ish) making the truck level. The wheels are the 16” Rockstar wheels w/BFG Off-road 275/75 16 tires (part of Xp package).
The new height of the truck (as small as it may be) makes the base/stance appear more narrow, at least to me. So I am looking at installing 1.25" spacers all around. Not looking for, or needing anything overly aggressive but I definitely like the widened stance look.
My questions are, with the Bilstein leveling kit installed is there still the likelihood of rub issues (no mudflaps) and with the stance pushed out 2.5" total, does that have any adverse affect on the alignment/steering/tracking etc...? Are there any other possible issues that may be encountered down the road (no pun intended).

Hopefully my questions will help answer others questions as well. Again, I apologise in advance because I know this topic has been covered quite a bit but the more I read, the more convoluted the search became...

    Thanks for any insight given.

Rubbing is a possibility both on your wheel wells as well as on your control arms, no one can answer that for sure though as every truck is a little different. Maybe take a look to see how much space you have before you buy the wheel spacers.

As for alignment wise spacers won't affect that at all assuming you currently have a good alignment. Steering may be effected just due to having a wider base but will be minimal.

I have a leveling kit (front and rear) on my 2017 TRD OR which effectively raised it 2.5". I have 1.25" wheel spacers and run 285 75 R16 (basically 33") tires. I do light off roading and overland stuff from time to time and have not had tires rub once. And, I have not modified the truck body in any way. You should be good to go.

I'm sure if you were to be doing some moderate to heavy off roading that you would experience rubbing sometimes, but, if you're doing moderate to heavy off roading then you should not use wheel spacers at all, opting instead for wheels with a wider offset.

The wheel and tire swing on a arc; they do not pivot.
When you go further out, the arc is increased and swings the tire/wheel into the cab mount area.
Yes it will affect your optimal alignment.
1.25" worth of positive scrub for wheel spacers; plus whatever your rims are doing to scrub....you'll have to compensate for with toe and camber. There will be enough adjustment with toe. Camber not so much; you'll end up sacrificing caster.

I'm running 1.25" spidertrax with 17" stock rims and 265/70/17 tires. 2" suspension lift. Looks great and no issues whatsoever.

    First off...Thanks for the responses.
Secondly...my tire size is 265/65 16. My original post said 275/75 16's. Probably should be sure of what I post is correct BEFORE asking questions...
I figure I might as well just go for it and get the spacers. It appears as if there is any rubbing that it will be minimal. I don't do anything that would be considered serious Off-roading except when my 4 year old daughter orders me (from her car seat in the back seat) to go through a new, big muddy wet rain puddle. So I should be good I would like to think.

It seems as though the Spydertrax spacers are the overwhelming favorite??? Where is the best place to order them from??? Want to support vendors on this site.

    Again... thanks much!!!

You will not be disappointed. Trust me, if you have the 5100's set for 2.5" of lift, you will not be rubbing at all. And yeah, Toytec.
