Looking to even up the wheels with the fenders so for now I'm looking at some spacers.

Most spacers are 1.25" but I would prefer 1", will this cause issues with the original studs and factory OR wheels? I'm thinking the studs will stick through the spacer and interfer with the fitment of the wheel.

    Thx

Yes the 1" spacers will be troublesome. 1.25" spacers are what you are going to find, and what you want to use.

Not if you have stock wheel, along with some aftermarket wheels. Stock wheels have pockets in-between stud holes. Which will accommodate stock studs protruding past spacer face.
