Yeah man, the rims are awesome. I will say they are slightly difficult to get mud out of but mud is hard to get out of anything

I have the Spidertrax 1.25" on the rears and wouldn't buy anything less.

The thought of using ebay spacers seems terrifying.

What do you guys feel is best solution to give my stocker a bit of beef look without breaking my bank? I would love new rims AND tires but just cant afford that atm. I also want to do what keeps the truck handling and feeling the same without harming things.

Say you had 600$ to spend. what would you do to make it "stand" more aggressive and not feel so puny?

I completely agree. I've been running Spidertrax 1.25in spacers for over 1k miles now. Never had a problem. Just remember to religiously re-torque them after installing every 100-150 miles until 500.

I want to do the same thing and I just put a $1500 OEM Audio Plus system in so I try to keep it to one major purchase a year and I don't want to just keep sinking money into it..but when my tires wear out I will get 16x8 rims and just move up one size of tires and maybe a leveling kit..

I hear ya on sinking money into it. I just really want to get it looking a bit more aggressive and bigger then it comes stock. Its hard going from a full size truck to a taco, the aspect of feeling like I am driving a tiny truck is real lol. other then that, i have no complaints about switching.

also, aftermarket door speakers will be on my list at some point. try to find me a pair that have some more bump to them then the stock ones I have. Not sure how much of an upgrade I can get though without doing a full sound overhaul like you.

The OEM system I put in came with 6 speakers and a 360 watt amp and the plug-n-play harness, it completely changed the sound on my truck and man do I love it...even the wife wants to swap me her car for my truck and her car has a BOSE sound system and mine sounds better...lol

that I don't know? I have not heard the JBL system? I think smitty says he likes his and mine is the Entune premium but at 70 mph on the highway, I had to turn it up to 40 to hear it, now I just have to turn it up to 15-20 on most songs...I also added a lot of sound deadening material inside the doors.

your not deaf, its just the sound system...I remember back in my high school days, there was a sound system with mind blowing speakers and a switch that you would flip and the speakers doubled or tripled in sound, (at least that is what we all thought?, who knows maybe some good dru...ah nevermind) back in the days....,
