I have the spidertrax wheel spacers and have no complaints with them. They have been on for about 30k miles and work well. As far as long term issues I will have to wait and see.

Worst thing that happens with a good set of spacers like spidertrax, is that the added stress on your hub will cause the wheel bearings to go out just a little bit sooner.

This ^, some have had to change wheel bearings as soon as 20-30k miles though. Also, those Bora wheel spacers are very nice.

First off, I have used and still using wheel spacers on 2 applications; a Yamaha Rhino and a 4-wheeler.

If it were a perfect world; we would not have to use wheel spacers. But sometimes, you just have to make something work on something else, that it wasn't designed for.

Wheel spacers, are like anything else. You have to install them correctly and keep an eye on them.

The problems come in, when they are installed; maybe not on the proper application or not installed correctly.

Always torque the mounting nut/bolts to specification. And keep an eye on them frequently, for working loose.

The problems I have seen in our shop; is where the driver maybe heard a noise or felt a vibration; but never looked to see if the wheels were tight. Thus causing all sorts of problems.

Did you ever notice, during most any race Nascar, Off-Road, Whatever; drivers are always concerned about loose wheels. Really concerned.

    Just my 2 cents:
