So I decided for the short shifter instead.
Even though the votes were close, I mostly recieved negative comments on the wheel spacers.
Are you all saying I shouldn't even get the wheel spacers? I do have the 5100's at full hieght in the front and I don't wheel too hard.

You should have no problem at all with a good quality spacer like the Spidertrax. There are many members on here are running them.

im running spidertrax. have been for a few months, i've been offroad, and pushed the truck, stuffed the tires, no problems..

in this picture the rear drivers tire was stuffed up in the wheel well and there wasnt any stress on the fenders..

Not saying that problems WONT occur, just haven't had any personally.

-edit, i also had a noticeable difference in body roll when cornering.. the wider stance = better cornering.

I've also been running the Spidertrax spacer. Not one issue. Great quality.

Here in the islands we have regulations that the tires can't stick out from the fenders. So the spacers give me the option to be legal on the road and have a better stance offroad.

I've heard of people having issue with the spacers you buy off Ebay. But I haven't heard of any issues with the spidertrax.

Don't your wheel stick out of the fender when running the spidertrax spacer?

Yeah it does. I take the spacers off when it's time for inspection of my truck.

One last question. Are the wheel spacers more beneficial or more harmful?

The tires you are running is the stock size, that was on my truck. So you should have no issue with rubbing.

    I'm currently running 35x12.5x17 BFG KM2's.

Icon Coil-overs, TC UCA, with Bilstein 5150 and Icon 3 leaf pack. 17" Moto Metal 951 4.5" Backspacing wrapped in 285/70/17 BFG AT's. Demello front bumper and Avid offroad sliders.
Having wheel spacers is essentially the same thing as having a wheel with a larger backspacing. Spidertrax is good, it is hubcentric and and you dont lose any length on the studs.

1000 votes for SS! well there ya have it SS wins.

But seriously, my first mod was the URD SS. How often do you shift?Um all the time. Not only was it such an easy install but stock shifter would grind into third unless i gently "pulled shifter" instead of "push shifter" hope that makes sense. URD SS fixed that, now it's like butter ever time. The shifter gets a tad longer to so I can easly reach it when arm is wresting on armrest. There's pretty much no downside here. I'm in class so I gots to get going.
