I have a 2010 trd sport dclb with a 3" lift. Is it possible to run 33/12.50 r17s without wheel spacers?

Likely yes but what wheel is it mounted on?

Also, depends on having a knowledgeable alignment tech who recognizes how to center a tire in the wheel well yet still align it to a good functional alignment...which, by the way, doesn't mean it'll be with the Manufacturer's specifications.

    Like he is saying ^
If you are on a stock wheel you should be OK but if you have a aftermarket wheels you probably don't want a spacer as it might push it out to far and you will have issues rubbing your cab mounts

Depends on what wheels and back spacing. They will probably rub the UCA on stock wheels. 12.5" wides are wider than 285s. And some people rub the UCA with those.

These are 285/75/16 MTRs next to 37x12.5x17 MTRs.

What's the back spacing? You'll never be able to run a 12.5 on a stock BS wheel without spacers.

I'm gonna guess that you will rub the UCA.

With a 5" backspacing I'm pretty sure you'd be close with the 285's.
What kind of lift do you have? Did you upgrade your UCA?

You're going to rub all kinds of shit. I rubbed with 265/70's with the same offset and backspace. Wheel spacers will make it worse.
