I wanted to get some spacers for the ole taco and I don't know what size to get. I've heard the 1 1/4 are great but I want to try to get a more aggressive stance. I'm running 265/75 tires right now. If anyone has pictures of 1 1/4 spacers and 2" spacers that would be much appreciated. Also would it cause rubbing?

Don't think you really need them with that size tire.

I have 1.5" spacers, but I'm running a 285 on 7" wide rim. If I had an 8" wide rim with maybe 4" backspace, I wouldn't need the spacers.

1.25" spacers with 265/75r16 tires is perfect, the tires will stick out just enough past the fender flares and it won't rub too bad on the pinch weld. You'll have to do a little trimming on the plastic wheel well liner but nothing major. 2" spacers is too much, you'll rub like crazy and it'll look funny.

I think you have more than rubbing to worry about. That tire is the same width as the stock 265/70. Why would you want to move a stock width wheel out another 1.25"? For looks?

It's your truck. You're free to do what you want even if it's ill-advised.

Tire width is the same, but 265/75 is an inch larger in diameter. With stock wheels (4.5" BS) you'll rub on the frame at full lock/compression pretty bad if you don't have spacers. You could probably get away with less than 1.25" though, maybe 1" would work.

Go as small as possible with the spacers. 1-1.25" should be good enough. Any more and the truck will handle differently and this is coming from someone that's had no spacers, 1.25" with stock wheels, 1.25" with wheels with 3.5" back spacing, wheels with 3.5" and no spacers, a long travel kit with 1.25" spacers and w/o spacers, and 2" spacers up front. I like the added road feel of 1.25" spacers on stock wheels / no lt kit. 2" isn't the best feel I've experienced and I just did it to match a wider rear axle in the rear until I could get the front Long travel.

I didn't realize stock 265/70s were that close to the frame at full lock that 1/2" more tire would make the tires rub. My 285s still rub a little with the 1.5" spacers. The steel wheels I have are +32 offset, which is quite a bit more than my factory alloys at +15. I guess these are the issues you run into with 2nd gen rims on a 1st gen truck.

1.75" spacers would effectively give me about 3.5" backspace and likely eliminate the rubbing all together, but I don't want to go that wide. A better solution is to get 8" rims with the appropriate offset.
