    Pros:

    Aesthetics (if that's what you're after)
    Inexpensive alternative to new wheels
    Can help clear the UCA with larger tires

    Cons:

    Can increase rubbing
    Can throw more rocks/road shit on the side of your truck.

    Nothing really wrong with them as long as you go with a quality brand (spidertrax or Bora) and install with a torque wrench
