    What would you do.
I was trying to run 2” wheel spacers with my 285/70/17 and a 3in leveling kit. I was rubbing on the frame. Without getting a smaller tire, what would you do to be able to run the spacers? Cut the frame? Taller lift? More wheel offset?

Do you rub before the spacers?

That tire size just barely fits. On some trucks it rubs, and you got lucky and it didn’t. If you want to run the spacers, you’ll need a cab mount chop (CMC) and to flatten that pinch weld. You can research that here and lots of YouTube info. Some remoulding of the front fender liners with a heat gun may also be needed.
