Why you getting rid of the spacers? Problem rubbing curbs and such in drive thru ? I have close to your set up less the spacers and was considering adding spacers to have more wheel choices. Would like your feedback concerning spacers. Thank you

I believe all 3rd gen (maybe 2nd gen as well?) Tacoma's have a pitch circle diameter of 139.7mm (6 bolt pattern).

I should have no problem throwing these updated TRD-OR eheels on my 2015 SR5 DCLB correct?

I am currently running what looks like previous gen TRD-OR wheels and bogus tires the stealership slapped on there 7 y.o. tire on my 4 y.o. truck. I found these with newer ones with the size tires I am looking to move to nearby on CL.

The difference between +30 on current wheel and +25 on the other ones? Mind my ignorance, I'm just learning my truck and figuring out some repairs in the meantime thanks to a kamikaze Doe

Hey guys, long time lurker. Got some questions about phasing in new tires with a 2" leveling lift. Read through several threads and still a little confused. I've got a 2013 SR5
    1. Will 265/75/16 fit on a stock rim?
    2. I'd probably put some 5100's on the front and an AAL in back. Then put the Bilstein's on the back at a later date.

    Will this work? Any concerns?

I just swapped my stock coilovers for a fresher set of stocks with 2" toytec spacers installed, the clearance behind my 265/75/16 tire (on stock gen 2 TRD-OR wheels) to the upper control arm is pretty tight, but there's about a full fingers width of clearance and I haven't experience any rub, and might change slightly once I get the alignment complete. Can snag a couple pics when I get home of the internal clearance to the steering components, but here's what I've got for now, showing tire/wheel/lift in the well.

Probably nobody needs this info but after a lot of searching I found the specs for these:

Toyota OEM FJ Cruiser Machined Aluminum Wheels (OE part#: 4261135370)

    Size: 16x7
    Lugs: 6
    Bolt Pattern: 5.5 Inch
    Offset: 15mm
    Backspace: 4.5"

I'm getting a set of these and have been trying to decide what tires to put on them.
Kind of going back and forth between 285/70 and 255/85...

LOL, I forgot to post my update...!

    newshoes092819.jpg

255/85/16 Cooper ST Maxx on the FJ wheels.

So far, VERY happy with the way they roll. Still need to get out on a trail and beat the hell out of them but since the wheels are Toyota OEM, I'm pretty confident they'll be up to the task.

Badass looking. Those appear way wider than 255. But 85's must be around 33". Very nice.

    Thanks!
Yeah, it's a side shot and has the benefit of a wide angle from one of my camera phone lenses.

They are a proper 33", definitely taller than my old set up of 275/70/17.
I'm excited to see how they doing wheeling with more sidewall in aired down situations.
