I am having issues with either wheel speed sensors or something that has do with traction control.

I noticed there were some loose wires by the rear diff, would these have anything to do with wheel speed sensors or traction control and any idea where they are supposed to go?

The wheel speed sensor wires are blue and white.
And that looks like your sensor wire(s). Repair them and see what happens.

    Thanks for your response.

The wheel speed sensors are plugged in and I traced the harness, they both connect to that 4 wire plug that has the wire missing. I can't tell if it was intentional or if it is busted off and the teal stuff on the connector side is just corrosion.

Hard to tell. Every time I’m in the wood cutting fire wood. I always get a bit nervous when I hear stuff dragging the underside of the truck. It just take one thing to “reach up” and jerk stuff apart.

Honestly the crazy part is those wires haven't been connected since I got the truck or something is missing. Its an issue with the sensor but I don't think its the wire harness or sensor itself.

Bought a 4 pack of new wheel speed sensors on Amazon, replaced all of them today, the right rear wheel speed sensor had a bunch of goop on it. I am thinking its either the bearing or the seal now. I took it to the only AutoZone in the area that had a fix finder and low and behold the ABS codes are issues with the sensor having foreign material on in.

The photos below show the consistency of what was on the sensor. It was coated. All the other sensors had some minor black build up. Also the codes I got from AutoZone. I think I need to pull the brake assembly and check it out.

    Any suggestions?

That looks like it could be bearing grease - mixed with brake fluid? It's too loose for bearing grease, but too thick for brake fluid.
