    Hey All.

So when I did my lift 6112/5160 All Pro Leaf springs standard - I also did the diff and carrier drop along with the ecgs bushing replacement all at the same time. No vibrations or issues. The All-Pro leaves gave a nice lift but eventually with the RLD Design cap and rooftop tent, it started to sag badly when I loaded the bed. Without load on the bed and with just the RLD cap (165lbs), the rear sat around 37 3/8 inches which was around 1.5 inches from stock height. I recently (a week ago) installed Deavers Stage II and whoa it lifted the rear a lot and is now sitting 39 1/2 inches. Now I am noticing a slight vibration at around 20-25mph decelerating or accelerating. So perhaps the new angle is causing it? Once I put the RTT (154lbs) back on, I should have 370lbs constant weight (with the load bars and custom shelving) and should bring down the rear a bit and help it settle as well. I'll report back if that is cause and the vibration disappears. I am including pictures on how it sits on the front and rear. Noticed the 6112s loss some height too. I will also get the wheels balanced tires checked.

Hey @Vertaco were you able to track down your issue? I am in the same exact boat with the same lift and rear leaf spring pack. I also put a new Smartcap on, but have the same vibration issue at 20mph

Yes. The more weight I put in the back it it lowers the lift some which lessens the vibrations. So that tells me the lift from the Deavers was extreme that it put the driveline angle beyond specs causing a combination of axel wrap. The extra weight helps push it back down. You can try 3 degree shims on the leaves and that would likely solve it immediately but I've decided to just wait for the Deavers to settle some more which will happen eventually. Honestly with my cap and rtt, i dont even notice it anymore. Let me know how it goes for you.
