Update: I took both sides apart and found that both of the bolts that go through the leaf springs had sheared, so I ordered a kit from toytec here: I also ordered some new U bolts. I figured that the degree shims would also help get the axle rotated properly. Been a week so far and has been driving great, thanks for all the help!

Ya know.. most people notice something like this, and spend months and countless dollars attempting to fix it, usually resulting in eventually giving up and accepting it.. You got lucky and found that right off the bat.

Did you pry that bump stop off to "inspect that"- it shouldn't lift off that easily...

I definitely got lucky, I was expecting a much more expensive solution but this turned out as well as it could have!

On the left side of the truck, the bolt that goes through the leaf springs was sheared and had slid a bit which gave the tire the appearance of being "off". I'm guessing since the bolt slid it pried itself out of the bump stop so it was just hanging there. When I put it all back together I used a silicone to glue the bump stop back on to the plate so it should be good to go now.
