*hands over shovel* Keeping digging that hole you're in! :p

It happens...there will most likely be at least one other to drop out. That's why you can't slack off now!

Hey Guys, I know I'm late to the party but I'm in on the group buy.

Just to clarify: the discount is just on the leaf pack and not the order total, yes?

Also, I just joined the forum - where do I find the welcoming committee? :D

:woot: Welcome to the group buy and welcome to TW...the official welcoming committee is over here. TW will make you realize that you are not happy with anything about your truck and will be spending hoards of money to fix it up.

Don't forget to give the OP your zip code and have him add you to the official list!

I've checked out the conversation and I really only have a quick question. I'm trying like hell to get the $$ together to join in on this, but if I do, here's my question.

I carry my musical gear in the back of my truck 24/7 and I guess this is why my leaf springs need replacement after 7 years and 130,000 miles, so my questions are...

    1. Is a 1.5 inch lift so noticeable that my truck will look weird with the rear end hitched up in the air, and...

    2. Should I be getting a 5 leaf pack anyway because I carry my gear (approx. 200 lb.s or less) 24/7...

    and,

    3. Do I use stock shocks with a 5 leaf or do I have to get soacers and mods going in order to accomodate the extra 1.5 inches of lift?

    whew.

    Thanks!
    Rev.

is the height difference noticable? yes. at least on my truck it was. do you have a shell? that + the weight of the gear may bring you down a little.

here is my truck before and after

and you can use the stock shocks if you don't have the money to replace them right now. after 130k miles though I've got to assume they are shot too and it would be wise to get rid of them sooner rather than later.
