You loose your man card when triple A has to change your tire.

    Struck a chord for me.
Having taken calls for the AAA call center I too used to think this way. But then I spoke to a man who it turns out is a paraplegic. Sounded like a man's man on the phone, but the tow truck driver documented that the member had to remain strapped in his wheelchair in the vehicle while service was done. That changed my outlook 100%. Having 34x11.5" tires on my Taco, combined with a worsening back from a near death motorcycle accident, has made me realize that even at 32 years young I'm BARELY able to do a tire change myself on this truck. Anyone can have a slipped disc, I won't judge them for being unable to change their own tire.

TLDR - Having your tire changed for you may not be a choice but a necessity based on (dis)abilities.

Nah man, was going to check the bolts before I ordered new parts. Someone had told me sometimes the bolts come loose? So we will see if the leak comes back

Pretty obvious that somebody hurt or disabled would need help with a tire change... You are thinking about this too hard.

The Jeep has 35” tires with a 3-4” lift .. shovel Jerry cans and a hilift on the swing out. The guy driving was in a suit and tie. He just didn’t wanna get dirty I think ... also the Jeep was spotless not one speck of dirt and the spare had tire shine on it

Nah I bet it did. A part of me is hesitant to get a swing out for the times I am alone. I can handle it if it's under or inside the truck bed but Way up at my chest.. it'd be funny to watch me try. Hahah

Good point. Shitty tire doesn't have to go back on the swing out... quit making sense. I shouldn't buy a swing out anytime soon! Lol

You would have to set up a canopy to protect you from the sun while you try to unload and load it back up
