Yeah... We did the several cuts and hammer back but didn’t seal it up. Several coats of paint but the RTV is a good look!

 

I went through some water crossings over the coarse of a couple months prior to rtv on the pinch weld.I have vinyl floors so I didn't know for a while after when I could smell mildew that there was water under the entire floor of my truck. Had to pull the seats,lift up vinyl floor, pull out carpet padding,dry out, replace padding,restaple vinyl floor. That shit sucked! Its not for looks. You need the rtv

New place for the spare, be a lot easier to access than fighting with the OEM setup and lock the PO put on previously. Fortunately never had to but this will be ideal if I ever need to use it.

Eventually want to find a way to mount it underneath the rack when I get an RTT one of these days.

Hell ya, looks great. Hey a buddy of mine is coming down from Oregon next month, he does drone work for a living and wants to do some videos of the TW crew on some trails...you should bring your's too and we could make something awesome.

 

Sweet Id be down. He can have all my footage but it probably won't be that great cuz I still suck haha. I'm sure his editing skills are also a lot better than my windows movie maker edits

Adding a fifth tire to your rotation extends the life of all your tires by 30% actually if you do it properly no matter how you drive.

 

All of this is corrrect ...since my rig is rolling proof of that and extending the studs is a must it’s what I had to do to all my spacers... tap them all out and pressed all new ones in.

dude if we could get the caster thrown out a few more degrees in the driveway would be awesome. The toe we can "measure" and drive to get it close.
