    Haha. I got an assistant in each high rise building. This is the guy. I'm being told by many people he was Intoxicated at the jobsite on Saturday. On top of a couple other minor issues. I dont do second chances. I terminate for everything. Kayla is doing a pretty good job so far. I'm not easily impressed either.
