Looking good! Has the wife wondered what you’re spending all this time on? Since she doesn’t know about the kangs? :D

Welp...took a drive up the 39 today past Azusa OHV park and found the entrance to the Rincon trail...but it was gated and locked up. I couldn't find the exact spot where the Devil's Truck trail starts but I don't know if I drove far enough...my GPS was worthless back in those hills. But every dirt road I did see off of the main road was gated and locked, so it doesn't look good. Seems like any OHV road in the Angeles National Forest has been gated for the past few years...doesn't look promising.

Monday I'm going to call the Ranger's station and see if it's a temporary thing or permanent, but @Mike likes Tacos we should still wheel next weekend if you're up for it whether or not we can hit Devil's truck trail or something else. @oni06 that means you too....we gotta test out them Kings :mudding:

My CV axles are popping like popcorn when I crank the steering wheel lately...just a matter of time before one or both go out on me. Luckily I bought @SlipperyTaco 's CV axles off of him right before he moved so I just keep them behind my seat in the cab just in case lol.

I installed my diff drop a couple weeks ago and lowered the height on my Kings about a half inch but it didn't resolve the issue, think I waited too long to do it. The angles were pretty severe for a few months before I got around to doing the diff drop.

Oh and I've got this new noise that sounds like a chain dragging behind my truck every so often...not sure but I think it might be a wheel bearing issue?

Ended up not putting any preload into the coils and I think im just a hair higher than the TRD Baja Shocks with the ToyTec spring seat spacer. Also I did move from 650lb springs to 700lb.

I didn't really notice much body roll when we ditched the sway bar two weeks ago but there is even less now with the heavier springs.

Ran Maze in sand hollow UT today and holy hell that was fun and challenging. It fully meets its 8/10 rating with some of the optional and buggy lines definitely earning the 10/10 difficulty. Trail damage was just a scuff on passenger rear door and needing a few changes of underwear after almost tipping twice. Planning on heading back out tomorrow to run Double Sammy and I will hopefully get pics/ video sorted out sometime next week

The gussets aren't designed to be used with ball joints. I make modifications to the gusset kits if they are gonna be used with balljoints. I can put together a set and swap them out with your set.

The camburg arms can't be converted. The modified gussets can be used with both uniballs and ball joints. If you decide to go TC or DK I can hook you up on uca's. Tc will be raising their prices end of next month.

The increased turn radius is going to take some getting used to.

    Today's story

About 25 feet into the trail Double Sammy chose a winch pull to get out of this without furthering my chances of tipping over or more body damage. Felt like the rock was holding me up from tipping over. I'm just glad it didn't hit my door.

After this setting the mood for the day we bailed out and turned around after only about 1/3 of the trail due to time of day and still needing to drive back to AZ

Got the Spod and arb compressor hooked up yesterday. Huge thanks to @Tacoma1192. The bracket he made for the ARB was badass and he did some clean wiring! @glorifiedwelder thanks for the deal on the spod. Glad I got the HD.
