Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
    Recognize it?

Well if someone wants to offer up an available truck I might be down but till that happens I'm gonna continue :pout:
Looks like an 85. Pretty clean. Nick gave me a real bad idea for a future project, but that'll be years down the line and after I acquire another one. My 84 is staying stock :D

Trying to talk myself into pulling the trigger on this kit :goingcrazy:

    Screen Shot 2016-06-14 at 4.20.32 PM.jpg

Looks like everything I need for a decent lift? I can't spend a ton but thought this looked pretty all-inclusive for a good quality, relatively inexpensive 2 inch lift or so. Only thing I'm not too sure about is that my stock, 12 year old leaf springs are looking pretty flat and maybe I should replace the whole leaf pack...

I figure between this and my @Shmellmopwho sliders coming later this summer I'll be content mod-wise for awhile (we'll see how that goes lol)

Oh my friend you are just starting to peel open the real cost of owning a Tacoma

Unfortunately I don't know all that much about lifting the 1st gens, sadly.

haha yeah I should've been more specific....content mod-wise as far as off-road mods are concerned. I still need to look into beefing up my fuel system for the supercharger (7th injector, fuel pump upgrade, etc.) :muscleflexing:

The Bilsteins are a great entry point, yeah, but can be surpassed real fast. @MADSTEEZE has them on his truck as well.

This OME kit is only a couple hundred more, I haven't really read up on it yet though.

Damn Bro you just missed the ome group buy. If you are looking to pull the trigger soon I will do. Some research on a decent lift for you truck. @SlipperyTaco has done it all in the first gen so I'm sure he will chime in here.

Edit:Also check on wheelers offroad and down south motorsports. Nobody can beat the price dsm gave me on kings. They both have a great reputation on tacomaworld

@eon_blue defiantly go with down south motorsports they will valve for free and be for your truck!
i would go bilstein 5100 with ome coils at a minimum 5125 or 5150 preferred.
Or u can get eibach coils which is what fox and other major companies use which are more race style. So stiffer but like to go fast.

And get a leaf pack i had an AAL from toytec it was awful ride and broke lol
And you will want some UCA's

It will cost a bit more but it will be right:)

Thanks dude! Do the OME coils create a specific amount of lift in the front or is it still adjustable/determined by the shock height settings?
