Oh man, lol. She was so....stock.

I remember that trip, I took my father to Rowher and it was my first time using 4wd. Only intended on doing the fire road but we got lost in the fog up on the mountain and ended up on the 4x4 trail, I nearly shit my pants. Had a ton of fun though and was hooked.

Haha yeah. Previous owner put it on. But he also put in a supercharger, so it balanced out.

Awesome! Gotta be bittersweet watching her go off into the sunset in the arms of another man lol.

Got any solid leads on a 4x4?

Dude it was! First vehicle I've sold (aside from dirtbikes) and I had this one the longest.

Yes and no. There are some solid options floating around!

Crazy weekend thrashing on the trucks. Gears and locker installed, new spindles, brakes, bedsides cut and bumpers test fitted and dropped off for powder coat this morning.

Mike got his break in done on his gears and swapped over his gear oil.

Huge Thanks to the real MVP @BAMFTACO for letting us take over his driveway all weekend again. Second week in a row.

@BAMFTACO is the man!!! Almost done with all this crap. Cant wait for my new wheels tomorrow.

Anybody want to buy my old ko2 315/75/16. 2 tires have a lot of tread, one is kinda bald, and the last has some life in it. I forgot to rotate at last 5000 so they are not even.lol

I looked it up when I got home and apparently the Angeles Forest service is trying to be more prudent about closing the gates on the OHV parks when the weather gets bad, in the interest of safety. Must have been one too many accidents out there lately. I remember they closed it down for awhile a few years back after some kids in a Samurai rolled off the fire road, down a huge cliff and 2 of them died. Should be opened back up this week though since the rain is done.

Was surprised Drinkwater was open, and it was packed because of Rowher being closed...which is strange because DWF is almost always empty except for a few dirt bikes. Watched a few 2wd trucks try to get up the gatekeeper, including a huge brand new lifted Tundra 2wd that barely got 20ft up the hill before he gave up and sped off, lol.
