That doesn't look like a trail to me.

 

It needs to be said? I thought that was common .. fuck thats right common sense isn't common.

 

I may have a really light wallet soon.
Putting an offer in on a 2k sqft fixer upper in Torrance.

Gear, Front Locker and 35s may have to wait awhile depending on end of year bonus and possible raise.

The place has a nice driveway that can fit 3 cars/trucks in addition to the 2 car garage.

 

Ah good that's not nearly as bad as 2 or 3 dozen...Coyote Flats isn't small like Laurel Lakes is so that shouldn't hinder our trip much...hopefully they're chill.

I'd be down for that, been wanting to do it for awhile...never been there myself. Alex @alex.busta and I were gonna do Cougar Buttes this past Spring but then it got way too hot. From what he described it sounds like an awesome place

Good chance we will get the place. There are other offers but they are low balling the old couple that lives there. We are gonna offer just under their asking price.

Yeah there is a small residential neighborhood just before you get to Van Nesse Ave.
I actually looked @ a house right in that area a few years ago.

 

This is the place we are looking at.
Mind you it needs a lot of updating.
But a 2k sqft house in Torrance that is already update would be over a mil.

Picked up a new battery for my handheld radio as well as a car charger so hopefully no more one-way audio because of low battery power.

 

She pretty fun right now. Just put in huge injectors so I can add a few more lbs of boost and spool faster.
