SO....being that it's hump day, I think now's a good time to bring up this weekend's wheeling plans :burnrubber:Give me something to look forward to the rest of the work week :annoyed:

I know @uhplifted expressed interest in hitting up Rowher Flats this Saturday to get some 4x4 experience in, thinking that could be a nice local run to do. Do the Rowher Trail then hit up Lookout afterward...

    Anyone else?

I'm all stock right now unfortunately besides some ditch lights lol. It is the '16 OR though if that helps.

So you've got the e-locker then, that's the most important part. Miller Jeep Trail is a tough trail but the guys I've seen have the hardest time are those without a rear locker. Only other thing that I'd say is good to have would be sliders, though I got through it my first time without any. Just a locker, no lift either. I'll leave it up to you, it's a really fun trail and we'd be there to help you along. @MADSTEEZE has done it a couple of times now.

That's exactly how I feel. Unfortunately I still have half the truck to pay off and I'm trying to save some money so new suspension is out of the question for a little while

I'll try and look some more up on it. I'm itching to get off the highway but it's hard without the proper protection. I'll be buying rock sliders hopefully in a month or two, just need to get a few more paychecks in

We could. I have a strap and shackles.

Honestly, I'd feel horrible if something went wrong and you took on serious damage. It's definitely possible on MJT.

Rowher would definitely give you your fill for off highway. It was my first trail trip. With @eon_blue as a matter of fact.

Save some money on them by painting them yourself rather than powder coat that will scratch off anyways. Also a good option to find a local guy/shop to make them for you to save on shipping

Yeah take a look at some videos online, I'll see if I can find some way back in this thread that we took when we were there last time.

When you're ready for sliders hit up @Shmellmopwho, he made mine and did the instal for me, as well as a lot of other members on here. He needs several weeks lead time so it might work out well for your schedule. Great sliders and great price!!

Ya, that's my biggest concern is taking on serious damage as this is also my daily driver. The struggles of being a recent college graduate and having expensive hobbies is real

I think we're all DD our trail rigs. But that's why I bought a 4x4:devil:

Ya, definitely saving the hundred plus on powder coat and doing it myself. And I'm actually trying to talk with Ryan (shmellmopwho) about sliders for 3rd gen as his template is for the 2nd gen. I got my Hi Lift bed mount from him. Just have to set up a day where I can get out to his house to test his template on my Taco

Tell me about it, I'm in the same boat minus recently graduating (finished school 5 years ago). But my truck is my DD and every time I go out that fear is always in the back of my mind, lol. I'm always amazed at what these trucks can do though, even mine at 12 years old.

Yup with @digitaLbraVo leading our way! That was a fun trip. If we end up doing MJT on Saturday I may be down to do Rowher on Sunday @uhplifted

Yup, that's exactly why I got 4x4 too. I like doing too many things that any other car wouldn't be able to handle.
Ya just let me know what you guys end up doing. I'm free either day, and I need to get out at least one of the days on some dirt. I can't go another weekend without dirtying up the Taco
