haha yeah, I figure I'm just paying the piper after a long summer of wheeling hard in a 12 year old truck. Maybe a bit of bad luck (clutch shitshow...), but once I get these ball joints replaced and new UCAs in, I think *hope* I'll be all good. Spend my money on mods rather than servicing/repairs :deadhorse:

If these new parts solve my issues with my truck, I'll be putting in for time off at work to do the DV trip. As of now I don't want to risk an expedition like that if I'm not 100% confident in my rig

Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.

I remember when @uhplifted put his new bumpstops on last weekend, the new ones were way better than the stock ones he pulled off. The stock ones were like rocks in comparison.

Might as well have had rocks under there. I'll never fully know what it's like not having good front bumps with my kings, which I'm not complaining about. Can't wait to get out and haul some ass with them on.

Speaking of that... @MADSTEEZE or anyone else who is familiar with power line road.... Can you give me details on where it opens up coming FROM Vegas? I'll be leaving too late at night tomorrow/the girlfriend needs to write a paper to take the road to vegas. But I will 100% be hauling ass on it on my way home on Sunday

I've seen so many requests for this trail from Alex. He should do a write up on it and make it a sticky in trails forum or something.

If I remember right, he said the entrance to it coming back home was behind some hotel/casino in Primm Valley I think it was?

Major. Quick test drive over some speed bumps and I swear I can feel it. Someone said you can do the rear bumps without a U bolt flip?

Also I had a husky Allen wrench set that, while a bit time consuming, fit perfectly getting them started. I used their wrench to tighten up and finished it off using a wrench for leverage on the wrench

Correct. Wheeler's has the kit for it. Although if I remember correctly you can get the flip kit and wheelers bumpstops for like 150 ish?
