Ya that's my only issue. It's hard to drop that much when you can pick up cali raised for a fraction of the price. I doubt I'll ever buy light bars from anyone but cali raised, I know I'm going to buy a new one for the bumper from them. Just gotta decide on fogs. I was gonna get their oem replacements but since I'm getting a bumper soon I figure that's a waste of money now

Yea especially for me after having a 20" bar stolen I'm not too hype on the idea of dropping a lot of bucks on lights.

Have been having bad luck with the Amazon/china lights though so maybe time to step it up again. Almost all get water/moisture behind the lense in the front even after applying silicone etc

May try the Cali raised amber pods

I've been slowly making the switch from rigid to Baja designs and couldn't be happier

I've had their ditch lights and a 20" bar behind my grille for maybe 5 months now. I haven't inspected them recently but I haven't had any problems except for a faulty grounding terminal connector that I had broke initially when installing (fixed now). For the price I think it's a great product. I'm not knowledgeable enough about lighting to really tell the difference between a cali raised and Baja designs bar besides the branding on it and the price tag.

I think everything would be happier except my wallet :bananadead:

BD amber pods are way brighter than rigids ambers... also have a buddy who has been having problems with water/ moisture even in the rigid bars

Ya you did, fucker. Shit was right at eye level with me haha. I need to figure something out for my rear ambers as well now that I have a soft topper. I have an idea in mind and hoping that @C4 Fabrication will make my dreams come true

Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.

If you don't plan to use a CB antenna like mine I think @Shmellmopwho's rear CB mount will work perfectly. Would be easy to cloak the wire into it, too.

I plan on throwing at least one antenna up, hopefully 2 by the end. I sent C4 a pm to discuss possibility of a double holed bracket

A lot of ways to get there. Most guys swear on HAM being drilled in properly. One day. Maybe.

Unless you go for the same HAM antenna I got (MURS from FireStik) there are not a lot of options for HAM that use a CB-sized antenna hole. Most are a lot larger.

C4 makes HAM and CB specific mounts. I'm sure Ryan could drill the hole bigger to fit a HAM as well

An NMO mount, the most common I remember seeing, is 3/4"... D= bit big for Ryan's mount I'd say. Unless he upsized it?

@Shmellmopwho can you chime in on this?

I know for sure C4 makes both sizes though.

Inside the cab is basically a net making much of your Tx power go to waste. Moving the antenna outside the steel box with radiation-resistant coaitng on the windows is the single best transmission mod you can make aside from boosting your Tx power.
