Yeah if you're parked you need it. Almost forgot about it myself but lucky for me, I couldn't sleep at all last night, so I was on my phone browsing around and it came up.

This MAY just be a dumb question, but just to be sure, charcoal grills shouldn't be an issue up there right? I only ask due to the dry brush and any safety/regulations.

Haha I was about you call you out and say how you JUST used a charcoal grill when we went out to that mirror house. I know I need a propane one, but I have a charcoal one just laying around, so why not..:notsure:

My only issue with a charcoal grill is that it's kind of a waste unless you're grilling up a lot of stuff as the charcoal just has to burn out. Where as a propane/gas is nice if you're just grilling up some burgers or something for yourself or one or two others

Yeah, I did see a little one at big 5 for like $40, so I may just end up picking it up when I go for the pass

Big 5 has some decent ones for sure. I checked them out last night while getting rain pants.

Ya do this for sure. It's free and you just have to take a quick 5 min test that's all common knowledge on how not to be an idiot

I've heard it mentioned a few times by people I've encountered while hiking and what-not that the adventure pass isn't required or enforced anymore...but don't take my word for it lol. I have one just in case. Think you can pick them up for $5/day or something like that at any sporting goods store.

Sounds like Rowher will be on that list then seeing as how they provide toilet facilities (as gross as they can be sometimes), parking and tables. Good looking out..Especially since we'll have a sizable group, they'll probably be more keen on checking to make sure we've got our passes. Better safe than sorry

Got mine for this weekend. Added the second pole and ocean stamp. If you get a single pass two or three times you should have just gotten the "year" pass. I'm hoping to get out on my girls dads ocean boat to do some fishing later this year as well

So those pants I picked up from big 5, same set you got and broke out in JT on our scout trip. Except mine is the same color as Chewie. I snagged the last set they had.

That's an awesome set, brotha. I roll them up tight and stash them behind my back seat. Good on ya!

I only needed the pants but the set was 22 bucks. A pair of similar pants were 40. Obviously went the efficient route and got the combo. I'll definitely be keeping them in the back seat as well. Good thinking.

ARE Shell. Pelfreybilt front bumper. hi-clearance rear bumper w/swing out. Rigid light bar/fog lights/reverse lights. Pelfreybilt front skid. Home/hand made slidders. DR front coilovers. Camburg UCA. AllPro Expedition leaf pack w/u-bolt flip and Timbren bump stops. 285 70-17 on stock rims with Spider Trax wheel spacers. EBC slotted/drilled rotors with green pads.
On the adventure pass, you can also pick up a second vehicle pass at time of purchase for an additional $5 but only at time of purchase of the original pass. Your second vehicle might just be a friends truck. Split the cost. Save some money!
