By the time I SAS they're gonna be pretty beat up.lol. that's at least 2 years out. Just want to finish up these last couple things and enjoy wheeling for a while. Seems like the work has never ended since I put the 35s on.

I hear you on never being finished. I thought I was done and happy just throwing some coilovers on 8 years ago. :annoyed:

I'm with you on the 2 year sas plan but man that's going to be some major fab work and down time. Time to convince the wife I need a 2nd vehicle for an everyday driver.

California has once again killed any reason to have an AR (or semi-auto rifle) in this state.
The new BB AW regulations effectively impose all the travel restrictions and none of the benefits (and I use that term in the loosest sense of the word) of registration.

I hope to see zero registrations but that probably won't happen.

There are. But the Office of Administrative Law just approved the DOJs regulations despite rejecting them 2-3 other times before.
When the law goes into effect has been extended to middle of next year sometime because the DOJ drags its feet on the regs.

    Gun problems lol

@Nicklovin look at the glock 17. From what i remember youre on the taller side and thus hands are probably too large for 80% of the pistols out there. I think turners sells them for less than $600. And yes please please please take multiple classes. There is nothing more dangerous than a gun owner that doesn't know the ins and outs of their gun. And then use that mother effer as much as possible until you're just as comfortable firing it as you are tying a shoe.

And avoid shotguns and rifles.....its worse than truck mods. Im still waiting on my benelli supersport and fabram xlr5....worst than waiting for xmas

I've broken 2 in the last 3 months. The first one was getting worn out. It was starting to pop every now at then at full drop. So I wasn't too surpised with it finally went. I was hung up on my rear diff while trying to climb up a rock ledge with the front. Too much tire spin then it grabbed and blew apart. Big surprise. Lol. The second time, I was in southern Idaho over the 4th of July and was tying to get through snow drifts. Tons of wheel spin and there was a surprise log from a fallen pine tree under the snow. That one ended up breaking the retaining ring on the inner cv.

So both times was too much wheel speed then grabbing traction suddenly. All caused by driver error (me being a dumbass) driving too hard. I blame the 35's for making me push the limits of the truck more and more. In theory, it's the 35's fault. Not mine. Lol.and I am sure with that much more rotating mass doesn't help either.

I carry a spare in the truck and now I'm debating if I should carry two spares.

You can still jump and go fast with solid axles :D
Oh no I definitely plan on taking some classes in gun safety when the time comes
You forgot to mention he joined Tacomaworld, that's when you're screwed
Bryan was telling me it's all AR stuff is that true? I'm looking more so for pistol stuff, oh and I will be for my and everyone else's safety.
Thanks for the advice, I'm gonna look into that. And ya haha I'll be avoiding other guns, can't afford that habit right now, already been spending more on beer now that I'm 21 hahaha.

If you do though, benelli super nova is an amazing 12 gauge pump that even my chick can shoot and its a benelli, so its pretty much the Toyota of the gun world

Naw the gun show has a bit of everything. It does have a lot of AR stuff but there's still plenty of pistol venders and shotguns and rifles. There's also all those army navy type booths selling their old crap and those guy's who bought a bunch of "tactical gear" from some Chinese place that nobody has heard of. Oh yeah admission is like $20, parking is $5 and beers are $8-$12.

The first one looked like a oem. I picked up the truck used. The ones I have used replaced are new ones from Napa - not remaned ones. Not oem quaility but pretty good and at $89, I'll run them knowing it won't cost me as much when I break another. Personal preference and a gamble I'll keep taking... for now.
