Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.

One of the advantages or having a (partly) freelance income, I can use a last minute job as an excuse to get out of most things lol.

    Sounds good!

I am free this weekend. It's got some tricky sections, but easy compared to MJT.

haha yeah I'm avoiding anything like MJT for a little while, it looks like this is about on par with most of Rowher with easy sections to take around the more difficult ones if need be.

Don't know for sure till I have my meeting Wednesday morning. Calling in sick is not an option in my line of work. I'll let you guys know right when I find out. Really want to do it but don't want to screw everybody up for my schedule.

Hey guys, so my dad and I are doing a road trip to Utah this weekend in the Taco. We are gonna be hitting up moab, bryce canyon, and canyonlands. Its probably gonna be about 1500mi total with a lot of four wheeling and dirt roads. What do you guys suggest I do to prep the truck for the trip/and stuff to bring. I already changed the oil, put in a new air filter and got the A/C recharged. Im pretty stoked to do moab again but this time with a lifted truck! Also we will most likely be hitting 250k on the way home!

Since you'll be hitting the trails solo I'd make sure you have as much recovery gear as possible in case you get stuck and no one else is around to help you out. Do you have a winch?

If you can swing one, I'd definitely say that would be your best bet. They are expensive though, but worth every penny if you're out on your own.

If you're hitting up popular spots though I'd say you'll be okay, just be sure to have the basics with you (shovel, jacks, recovery strap, traction aids like Maxtrax...I like to keep a few sandbags in the bed to use in case I need them). Aside from that, the basics...first aid kit, food and water, flashlights, etc. I'm sure others will chime in with recommendations.
