@eccracer104 @Dangerousd1987 or anybody else, I got a buddy at work who is a lame non tacoma world member and he has re done a couple lifts and suspensions on his 2015 pre runner cause he never listens to me and he puts in shit. lol. Anyways he is finally letting me help him. He currently has a 6" drop bracket lift with crappy shocks. and rear has spacer with stock springs.
My questions are mostly on the front. Forgive me if they are dumb cause I know nothing about these spindle lifts.

-He is going with 4" maxtrac spindles and king shocks. I think the king shocks would be the same as a mine right? Do you adjust the coils at all when you have a spindle lift? He is gonna pair them with light racing UCA's which is not my preference but he bought them already and they'll work.
-Thinks he could keep the drop bracket and I was like no freaking way. Am I wrong? He says the lift spindles mess up his lower ball joints. That makes no sense to me. He's crazy right?
    - To level out the rear and because he tows a RZR I told him Dakar pack with the extra leaf would be a good fit. What do you guys think?

Perfect. So he just gets the kings and brings em down to zero and adjust for driver to passenger level out as needed. I feel like the combination of a 4" lift spindle and a 6" drop bracket wouldn't work at all. Fucking wierd. I think he gets advice from Pancho's tire shop.

I think he had a 6" spindle lift and it was driving like shit till he threw the drop bracket in...:notsure: Really not sure. This guy has changed his set up so many times. Im just glad he is finally taking me up on offer to get his shit right.
The spindle stuff is all new to me...lol

I have the max Trac with icon 2.5 on the front. Still has a tad bit of preload on the coil. Need to find time to set it to zero on the 650 spring. The rear end I am still working on.

The 4" spindle lift relocates the wheels 4" lower which is how they provide lift and why they can't be used for a 4x4. You can 100% use the maxtrac spindles with Kings for anywhere from 4"-7" of lift in the front. I don't have a clue where my coilovers are adjusted but I think I'm somewhere around 5-6" of lift in the front with the combo. As long as he gets the non extended travel King coilovers he will be safe with the Light racing UCAs.

The Dakars would be a solid choice being that he does tow. The rear is the same for the prerunner as the 4x4 trucks. The front suspension is the same as well aside from the lack of CV axles and being able to use the spindles.

Definitely ditch the drop bracket with the spindle lift. With spindles he will use the same King coilovers as your truck.

Just to be clear. I was saying congratulations on your new shocks, not your comment on how you feel.
