I am a new owner of a Tacoma prerunner and this may sound like a stupid question but since I'm not very knowledgeable about lifts and wheels I want to know if I have to put a lift on my truck to get bigger wheels. I don't need my truck lifted a lot but I was hoping I could just get bigger tires and that will satisfy the height I want. Also if you have any suggestions on wheels that would be greatly appreciated

Tell us what size tire or lift you're trying to achieve and these guys can steer you the right way.
What I know is, you can run up to 265/75r16 or 265/70r17 tires with no lift at all as long as you remove your mudflaps.
