I've tried to use the search engine and maybe I am just not looking in the right places. The question is: Does a (285/75-16x8) have the same width look and height as a (285/70-17x9)

For example, if you're looking at the truck from the direct back, would it look like both tires are the same width?

I currently have on (265/75-16x8) but think the tires look to skinny. I saw a (285/70-17x9) and it looked pretty good BUT if a (285/75-16x8) looked the same width, I don't have to get new wheels, just new tires.

Yes thank you, I've used the tire size calculator and it says it matches but I am just looking for verification. Would it be the same?
